Has he been that bad all year with holding on to it and not throwing it away? He took at least 3 sacks in which he had plenty of time to throw it away, leaving bama with 2nd/3rd and long basically killing the drive. I know how frustrating that is bc of our qbs in the past. Id imagine Saban was more pissed about that than any other aspect of the game yesterday.

What does this have to do with referees?

JK. Coker thinks he can always make something good happen, even when it's obvious he needs to throw it away. He's had some positive plays with that attitude, but he needs to be smarter sometimes. I like the attitude, but, yeah, sometimes you gotta chunk it away.

He's been pretty rough as far as taking sacks goes, but our O-line hasn't done him very many favors.

That's what we were saying on the Bama board. Can Robinson is playing injured which is hurting some but half of those sacks should have been thrown away. Coker made a few really nice throws though so there's hope but our offense is out of sync.

He double pumped several times yesterday like he wasn't trusting his read. I don't know why he didn't just throw it away a few times.

Our offensive line needs to step it up . No penalties and no sacks.

Yea, the offensive line didn't do him many favors on those plays but half of their sacks yesterday could have eaaaasily been wiped away if he threw it in the stands. Being an LSU fan I hope his attitude doesn't change, but it seems as though Saban will make it a point to instill in Coker that he can't get away with it every time. Harris learned that this year and his efficiency has seen a huge jump

This was disappointing yesterday. Hopefully it's corrected these next two weeks.

Man I watched some of the game yesterday and I'm wondering what is up with Bama's OLine? They have looked sub par in a few games which is huge fall off from what we are use to seeing from them. Only one I know that's out there is Cam, is the line stacked with young guys or do yall think it's the o line coach (which is who btw?)

Cam hasn't been Cam this year and the rest just hasn't gelled for whatever reason.

It seems like the bama Oline is good at run blocking but horrible at pass blocking. That's how Henry picks up most of his yards.

The times I have watched, he seems tough as hell to take down, and when he runs, he runs angry. I like it personally. Although, yeah, he should probably get rid of the ball sometimes instead of taking those hits.

I agree. The more I have watched him play I start thinking "this guy may be pretty good in an offense that runs the QB more"

Agreed. It's okay to lower your shoulder and run over some DBs when your his size, but if you start making it a habit to collide with LBs and DLs you're eventually gonna get the Colt McCoy disease.

Our OL must have been worn out from the schedule. It was their worst game of the year.

But Jake was awesome. 21/27 248 If he plays like that agaist you guys then no way we lose. Going for 5 in a row.
