Since August 28, 2014, South Carolina (and Spurrier) is 9-10.

Doesn't Sumlin, Bob Stoops and Spurrier have a yearly golf match?

Maybe Sumlin's golf game made Spurrier want to get more practice in, so he had to retire from coaching.

Did Sumlin make Spurrier quit last year in Columbia with the emergence of Kenny Trill?? frick no.
