to play basketball at Park University. Well, good luck to him. Wierd since he was a 2nd round draft pick in HS.

Not so weird because TJ never used him. TBH I'm shocked he didn't sign when drafted this past draft. Yes. Drafted again despite TJ never using him. I'm sure he just wants to go somewhere that the coach will actually use him to show scouts he can still throw

So he's headed there to play hoops? Guess that means he's giving up on baseball. Wierd that he passed on the MLB contracts to stay in school.

2nd rd draft pick??? WTH. Damn is he that good in basketball to give up on baseball???

Crap, I read that wrong. Assumed it said baseball. That is weird. He even got drafted this last draft despite having never really pitched at Mizzou. The kid has had some arm issues. Even surgery one of the years he was here. Guess he gave up on it.

Could be he tried to sign after the last draft and couldn't pass some sort of physical. Who knows. Didn't actually read the article.
