Glad you brought up the Antisemitic controversy, because this is actually an area into which I've done considerable reading.

There is considerable debate actually over whether he was Anti-Semitic.

Both linked sources are Jewish websites commenting on the issue. Everything I've read suggests that this rumor has two primary sources. First, like many contemporaries, he met with "Triumph of the Will" director Leni Riefenstahl. However, we can't forget that Time magazine named Hitler "Man of the Year" in 1938, so admiring Nazis or their work in the mid to late '30s was not immediately associated with antisemitism or fascism. Secondly, he was in an Anti-Communist organization which, like many Anti-Communist groups, also harbored antisemitic views due to the fact that Karl Marx, Vladimir Lenin, etc. were ethnically Jewish. He subsequently distanced himself from that group, but was never able to wash away the stain on his reputation.

He actually had a number of Jewish employees. Some of them corroborate the claims of antisemitism, others dispute it. It's an interesting topic, but hardly as open-and-shut as many believe.
