So Mason blames Steckle for Mizzou not beating Auburn in Atlanta

Thought this quote was interesting.
• How about this: Sam, briefly Mason’s teammate with the St. Louis Rams, said he later asked the running back how he piled up so many yards on Mizzou’s stout defense. Mason basically called out Mizzou’s strategy along the defensive front against Auburn’s zone-read runs. “He said, ‘If you would have stayed at home on the D-line I would have nowhere to run and you guys would have won that game,’” Sam recalls Mason telling him. “And we would have went to the national championship game. Golly.” Sam laughs incredulously at the thought

There's no question that Steckel singlehandedly lost us that game. We put up 42 fricking points. We could've, and probably should've, won that game.

Also I'm not sure I believe that because the left side of that line were men among boys the entire season, blowing dlines up errwhere

Well, so do I.
That complete blunder of a game plan probably cost us a national title.

Not my fault he is your coach in waiting and he sucks. Your admins seem to have a real problem finding good help. Just look at that dumpster fire bball hire
At least he is a "true son"

So you don't understand what a "true son" is either. Shocking.

So our coach in waiting is a 58 year old man, who will be in his mid-60's by the time Pinkel will retire...and then Mizzou will hire him?
C'mon Porker...I know you aren't the brightest bulb in the box, but you're not that stupid

Beat my head against a wall during that game and got into many "disagreements" with MIZ apologist after that game who did not understand the total clusterfrick that Defensive Game plan was. Made worse by twice switching to a more traditional front with 8 in the box to just rotate out of it and back to that lame arse 3-5 look.

Nope. Arkansas has a history of taking Missouri's sloppy seconds.
Frank Broyles. Mike Anderson.
I have no doubt the Hogs will come-a-calling once they blow Bert out.

Kim Anderson isn't a Missouri alum?
Interesting. Does he have a degree that was pulled due to plagiarism too??
