Is it not the goal of every team in the SEC to win the NC and SEC Championship?

Arkansas without question. Their coach has actually proven he can win on a big stage. Butch Jones is easily the worst coach with more than a years experience at that(Mason excluded). Though Mason also out coached him last year. Though to be fair, Butch MAY be top five in state. It's close..lot of good coaches in Tennessee.

Tennessee. Not only does Arky have a stronger div. to deal with but they also have a much harder time recruiting and don't have the Big 6 history/SEC dominant history on their side. It's just a much steeper climb for them with FAR fewer inbuilt advantages.
That said, I feel both are on the upswing. Arky because of its disadvantages can win sporadically but if UT gets rolling (and it will) them success has proven time and time again to be sustained.

I don't think Arkansas is having any difficulty recruiting. I fail to see the disadvantages.

Arkansas is going to beat the crap out of Tenn and Mizzou because we will have the best defense in the league this year. We will also have one of the best run games...and some nasty tight ends that will play a huge roll in our offense.
