Heading Into Week 2: 3andOuts SEC West Rankings

My personal no biased rankings for the West heading into week 2.
1. Alabama - Solid showing against Wisconsin, as long as their QB play stays steady (not turning the ball over) they should coast to 10 wins at least.
2. Arkansas - As much as it pains me to say Brandon Allen actually looked good. Showdown in Jerryworld should tell us alot in a few weeks.
3. Auburn - Solid win vs Louisville, who may not be a world beater but better than an FCS school. Defense looks improved.
4. Texas A&M - Another great start to a season, but if we learned anything last year its that week 1 is too small of a sample size to claim to be winning the West. The defense does look much improved, but it could be an over rated ASU team this year.
5. Ole Miss - Scoring 76 points regardless of who you are playing is impressive. Defense was stout, should know more about this team in the coming weeks.
6. Miss St - Struggled with Southern Miss, both sides of the ball looked mediocre at best. It's only one game so they could completely turn that around this week. May have been preparing for their showdown this week and not focused on last week. Would still be top 3 in most other divisions
Not rated - LSU, I have NO clue what to expect from LSU. I know Brandon Harris has said to have "developed" but just how much? What is the defense going to look like with a new DC and scheme. They could be anywhere between ranked 2-5 on this list and don't want to guess based on no data. Will also learn more about this team the next 2 weeks.

Be honest. It took everything you could muster to not put A&M at #1.

I'd have a very hard time putting Auburn above A&M right now. There is really nothing to justify that other than a meaningless preseason ranking.

A&M beat a better opponent than Auburn did, they did it more impressively and they did it on the road.

All I know is that Ohio State or any other team would rather skip a game with ALL those teams. That's a murderers row right there.We are going to beat the shite out of one another.
