I'm a big fan of Russell, kinda on the fence about Mudiay But I just don't like the idea of passing on Okafor. I really feel like both of those guys can/will be franchise type big men that you can build around as a #1 or #2 on a championship team.
If Okafor can improve his defense and FT shooting, he's got all the tools to be a superstar imo even though he's considered a "throwback center" compared to most of the 5's in today's NBA. He's got the best set of post skills for a 7 footer at this age that I've seen since probably Duncan (settle down T-Bird, I'm not saying he's the next Duncan )

I actually want Gasol more than LMA. Better fit for our system, I think.
Honestly, I don't think either happens, though, especially if Timmy/Manu return. Gasol ain't leaving his hometown. Not a lot of wiggle room without letting go of some of our high value FAs ourselves. Going to be interesting.
