Weren't we listing David Cornwell at 240ish last year?

He's listed at 221 now.

Interesting. Maybe were over listing him the whole time, maybe he lost weight. But the 20 pound difference caught my eye.

To be fair he wasn't able to workout with an injured leg and he also was sidelined after the surgery to his ankle. That being said I don't think he would have lost that much muscle from his time off so he must have slimmed down somewhat. I wouldn't mind him bulking to 230ish though.

He's a guy I expect to be around 230-240, honestly, with his build. The 221 surprised me.

That would be an awful lot of fat to lose at his age. Have to think a good bit of that is muscle.
