Why did he go up on Basketball tickets on April 1st.

Because it's a good business move. We sold out almost every game for a mediocre team. We struggled at home down the stretch but still sold out. The SEC tourney run has everyone excited so he's capitalizing on it. To be honest he'd be dumb as hell not too.

He may be lying but he boasted in a recent article football prices had not changed in 2 or 3 season. IDK. I'm just passing on what he said.

It is foolish to raise them at the first sign of life when you're still trying to rebuild the program.
Not when you believe in the coach & coming off a great SEC Tourney run.

I don't know if hate is a word I would use but heavily disagree on a few of his decisions is the best description. When I hear him speak, I am reminded of Elmer Fudd.

You act like we never fill the stadium. When we do struggle to fill, it's because of crappy opponents not high prices. And lately even the crappy opponents are selling out.

Right now, I think we can sell at higher prices and keep similar attendance so why not do it? You don't wait for demand to go up to raise the prices. You try to predict where the market will be in the future or you fall behind. JJ thinks demand will keep going so he's raising prices. We'll see how it pays off later.

It should be pointed out too that JJ isn't making these decisions alone. He announces the change, but he also meets with financial analysts to determine what would give the highest return. If numbers say we should raise prices, then that's the decision...its a business remember.

We have a small stadium so raising ticket prices won't have much affect on attendance of we are winning

If you're referring to the 'Sold Out' stamp across the package on the website, do note that is referring to this past season. I believe all package for the upcoming bball season are available.

Are we really sold out of bball TUF seats?
Sold out LAST year....that is what the picture shows. But I think they expanded the areas that require TUF (all lower bowl tickets)
