SI: How to fix the NCAA's transfer rules ...

... and that's all fine and good. The transfer rules do need to be fixed. But there is so much about the NCAA that needs to be fixed I'm not sure that's where they need to begin.
The way they handle this UNC cheating thing is going to be interesting to watch.
Okay, so in the meantime, the column above concerns the SEC because it immediately references Auburn ... but I cannot copy/cut/paste from where I am right now so perhaps someone else might quote from the column per favore.

his plan makes too much sense for the NCAA to even consider let alone enact it.

If by interesting you mean watching them do absolutely nothing, and let UNC get off free then yes it should be very interesting
