Are we talking arrests overall, which takes into account the heinous actions of ACCPD? Because if we played by the same rules as everyone else I'd set the line at 3.5 and take the under.
Unfortuantely, I'll probably take the over anyway. Barely. I wouldn't be surprised to see 5 which is just under.
