Jalen Hurd of course was Tennessee’s first 5 star running back since Bryce Brown. The fact that he was an in state kid made it that much sweeter that he chose the Vols. He did not disappoint in 2014. As a matter of fact, he was better than I thought. He ran through, around and over SEC defenses throughout the season.

Hurd disappointed me at the beginning of the season before I realized how pathetic out O-line was. As the season went on I was more impressed and the Iowa game was like icing on the cake. He had an incredible game. You put that kid in open field and he will do special things. With the addition of Kamara in the backfield we are going to be very scary. We. Still. Coming.
