No, it is different

No it is not, look at the linked web page

Learfield, not Leerfield. Bama is a Learfield school so it would help for a Bama fan to get it right.

I don't spend a ton of time reading up on our Radio Network parent company, but yes that is the correct spelling.

They are 2 separate awards

Capital One Cup (Men's & Women's)

Learfield Sports Trophy

Alabama Finishes High in Learfield Director's Cup and Capital One Cup Rankings

On the athletic fields and courts, nine of our teams finished in the national top 20, with 7 of those teams placing in the top 10. Fourteen of our teams earned postseason berths. It is very gratifying to see our student-athletes and coaches earning recognition as they pursue excellence in all facets of our Mission.

UA AD states Bama finishes higher in both Cup standings

Wait, wait. Didn't we win national titles in 4 different sports in 2012? How god awful bad were we in the others that we did that poorly that year? Sheesh.

Lowest we've finished is higher than the highest a certain school who has posters who like to dog UK has finished. Not bad.

Kudos to the top 5. Staying pretty consistant.
