These are teams that have changed dramatically since the start of the season.
Improved
Bama
Arkansas
Tennessee
Regressed
LSU
Ole Miss
Auburn
I think the improved teams would beat any of the regressed teams 8/10 times on a neutral field.

You'd be better off saying Mizzou improved.
Unless you truly believe Indiana could win the East.
Mizzou is better than they were when Georgia beat them. Believe that.

The East is like a minor league at this point.

I would subtract Tennessee from your improved list and LSU from your regressed list. Both teams have been pretty lousy all year outside of 1 or 2 games where they played over their heads.

And Georgia would still whip your arse in front of your home crowd. Believe that.

Teams cannot get better throughout the season.
Signed,
2013 LSU fans in regards to 2013 Auburn.
Also, try harder Larry

Why do you bother starting threads?

Tennessee has remained somewhat the same. They beat a mediocre South Carolina team in OT (a game South Carolina had multiple chances to put away) and destroyed a Kentucky team whose claims to fame are taking Florida to OT and beating a mediocre South Carolina team. Missouri put them in their place.

Funny. I was just thinking the same about the west. Ole Miss got stomped by Arkansas, Auburn got stomped by Georgia, A&M got kicked by Mizzou. Seems to me the West is highly overrated and are being exposed.
The ebst team in the west right now, just might be Arkansas. If Mizzou beats them it will say a lot about the west.

Yup remember Arkansas is HOT, GOOD, etc. If Mizzou beats them everybody will say they SUCK. That's how things go. But now Arkansas is good, giving West teams good games, beating some West teams.

Did you see them play against Mizzou?? You call that an improvement? Remember they played bad against MISSOURI, come on, a team that Indiana beat.

In all honesty, I DO believe Arkansas has a good team. I've felt that hey needed to break through with one SEC team, then hey would be hard to stop. They needed that boost of confidence. If Mizzou wins they will deserve he SEC East and will play well in the SECCG. Mizzou has improved greatly.

Bama lost to OM on Oct 4 and could easily have three more losses to Arky, LSU and MSU.
Tn. outscored Bama 20-7 over the final 2.5 quarters and many believe would have won the game if Dobbs had played the entire game.
Outside of one blowout win over Johnnybenchless A&M, which games would you say Bama have improved? I'm curious.TIA.

It would probably be more accurate to put the LSU defense #1 on improve, and LSU offense #1 on decline.... Actually, you can put LSU o-line and RBs on incline as well. But QB and WR wayyyyyy decline
