Was his own team scoring points.
I think I am more than willing to going back to those days. Even if you can lose games all the same as having no defense, I feel like your masculinity is intact afterwards.
Who would make the trade? That said, o sucked tonight too
Eta this isn't a off the Gus bus thread, just reminiscing on the days of good d

I think one could statistically show it's more consistent to win with good defense...there just seems less that can go wrong.
Right now, I'm thinking back to our coaching search where some wanted Petrino but many responded by saying he didn't give a rats arse about defense? Can we begin to question if Gus is the same way? Is he too much of a one sided coach?

I like offense. I just like more offense than the other team. I can handle bend don't break, but we've been breaking for a few weeks now.

I mean I was already over the loss by the point they ran a 11 play 98 yard drive on us with 10 runs and a full back screen. But good God how pathetic is that.
98 yards, 11 plays, 10 runs
All against a noodle arm QB who is no threat

This is true. But a bend don't break just doesn't stand a chance against a team with those two freaks running the ball. Glad gurleys leaving and just hoping we got a plan to get better against Chubb next year
