That dude certainly has a face for radio !

His limited abilities may play for radio, but he TV personality has already wore thin on TV.

Boring is all that can be said and his guest are certainly the people that you see at the walmarts in Bama.

ESPN needs to revamp this network asap, it ratings are going to crash after football season...

As long as we have over 1,000 live events, we should be fine.

I was on vacation a couple of weeks ago and I could not believe how bad it was. It was like listening in on a some old farts conversations down at the home. Very little pertinent content. They spent way too much time blowing time. I would have been OK with it if they had something to talk about.

When you let ole Jim call in and talk about what he did last week for 5 min nobody will give a shite and turn the channel...

It is embarrassing to have him and his callers associated with the SEC

I will say this for Finebaum...on Game Day on Saturday he was dead on about Florida and Muschamp. Herby and Desmond couldn't seem to get the words out of their mouths fast enough to disagree...claiming that Florida was a good team, would win 8 or 9 games, Muschamp's a good coach, etc., etc. Finebaum was pretty brutal about Muschamp being on the hot seat and Florida and Driscoll not being very good. You got the impression that Herbstreit and Howard wanted to say "You're an idiot", but as it turned out, Finebaum was right on the money.

No doubt when he comes on this Saturday, we'll hear some "I told you so."

It wouldn't be so bad if it was a "best of" on Friday afternoon for about an hour going over the few decent calls and discussions he had that week. The show is just too long and he's not witty enough to make it entertaining for any extended period of time. We already know he brings no real incite to the game, so it's best left for what it is, a comedy hour of dumb fans calling in. If the SEC network was smart, he wouldn't be anywhere near the live show on Saturdays. I'd rather have an empty chair than see his ugly arse attempt to add any input to the discussion.

Well said Whiskey....

I could care less what he says about LSU, I expected him to be a bama homer.

(Miss State played a great game, they had a perfect game plan, they executed it very well and they deserved the win period)

He is just not very good, his delivery is awful, he sits there all upright and stiff and waits for his callers to justify his show.

Very poor production, no real info and a slanted opinion whith no real substance.

It really is a poor mans ripped off version of the Brando show.

Sorry I didn't break it down a little more simply for you. Herby and Desmond will be who he directs his "I told you so" to. We will get to hear it.

Got it now?
