Agreed, but it makes them soft for the IB. Our schedule this year is brutal as hell though.

They struggled with an unranked team at home until the 4th quarter. That never happened in years past.

And less likely to get injury. I'd take their schedule all day even if there is a possibility of being soft.

Yep.
I also noticed how they're choosing to mentally block out UF's game w/ Kentucky, in order to feel like they've stomped an elite SEC team instead of who they really beat, a crippled team led by dead man walking, Muschamp.
Given that they still haven't faced a decent (and ranked) team yet, makes them questionable. Wouldn't be surprised if they lost between 1 to 5 games w/in the months of October and November.

Sorry to be a negabarner, but I saw a team with tremendous upside beat Fla. They'll derp up a game with turnovers somewhere, but unless Moo St and A&M are as good as their fans think (I'm not sold yet), Bama has to be the favorite in the West.

If you really watch Bama you will also see a lot of weaknesses.
Florida's offense was hot garbage and Their D looks to have been over-hyped. I am not convinced that any team stands out at this point. Luckily we play all the ones that look or have looked good.

SC
UGA
Bama
A&M
And then beat one of those East teams again in the SECCG, There should be no playoffs.Auburn should be proclaimed champion on that body of work alone...

Everybody thinks A&M is the shite because they dominated Carolina. fricking Vandy almost beat USCe.
I personally think MSU's beatdown of LSU in Death Valley was more impressive. I'll take the grinders over the jizz jars just because I think the grinders can play defense.

The only thing that scares me about A&M is.....they can put a lot of points on the board. State was very impressive last night. They definitely put themselves on my radar.
