Probably. I don't sue the Vines personally, but I just wish people would post the gif, or that this secrant site would make it that your could post embedded video/pic files.

I'm not being a homer. I can clearly see he's holding on to the jersey. Most of the time these are no calls. Both teams did this all night long.
He's still pushing the guy with one of his elbows. If the defender starts to pull away and he's still holding onto the jersey, then yes call the holding call. Throwing the flag on what I see in this picture would be nit picky. I'd say the same if the teams were reversed.
