I mean what the hell. Not only does he throw a bike at two people he's walking back to them casually like he's about to finish it off. I don't know about you but I think that guys about to get his arse handed to him. Gotta be Russia.

I have to think you nailed it. Whatever the case, the guy on the bike is plenty pissed and looks big and mad enough to do some major arse whooping. I'd love to know the real story and the outcome.

Actually it was in China. The guys on the scooter had stolen a purse from a woman and the bike guy came to the rescue. LINK
