When did you realize he was done for? For me, when I would hear " he's a nice guy, but" before impending criticism. Guess the coach.

Goff- Only good year was 92, next 3 were bad and the last 2 it was just very evident. Especially since UF and UT were so dominant in the east.
Donnan- losing to tech in 2000 pretty much let everyone in teh state know he was done.

Everyone knew Goff had to compete in 95. A lot of people point to injuries. With Bobo and even Smith going down. But a change had to be made.
