Cooper may be the single most electrifying receiver in the country.

Cooper/White/Jones/Howard is SCARY. Good luck DBs.

I think if Sims is the QB, he already has good chemistry with Chris Black. Plus, Black is a dangerous slot guy. Teams are gonna have to focus on OJ and Coop, it should leave lots of opportunities for Black.

Sims has been throwing to these guys for years now. I agree with what you say about him and chemistry with the rest of the players.

It would be awesome if Black and White were our two best receivers after Coop.

quote:
"Being versatile," Black said. "I can be in the slot or outside. I've really made a lot of progress playing outside this spring with DeAndrew White being out (injured); taking more reps outside than I've done in the past."
The graduation of Norwood and Kenny Bell also freed up playing time that Black said he's ready to grab.
His shifty speed in a 5-foot-11, 185-pound frame can add to the passing dynamic.
"He's something awful to cover, too," safety Jarrick Williams said. "He's pretty good. Quick. He's a shift to slack guy. He can do it all."
Extra work in the offseason is paying off, Black said. Incoming freshman quarterback David Cornwell named him as one of the receivers he saw putting in serious time before the spring.
"I feel I was a lot more focused," Black said. "I didn't worry too much about making mistakes as much."
