DJ Welter vs Jake Holland in a collision. Who wins?

Let's say Welter and Holland are involved in a nice game of smear the queer. Welter grabs the ball and looks directly at Holland, says "come get some" and they both head for each other with a head full of steam.

Welter would die instantly, I don't think he's actually touched anyone on another team before.

They would both be about 5 or 6 yards out and attempt to fall backwards into the tackle, thus missing each other.
