I'm picking A&M -14.5.

It will be hard for Arkansas to keep up running the Ball and A&M passing. A&M will likely stop Arkansas more with them having to earn every yard verses A&M moving the ball in chunks passing.

I would take A&M up to about -23.
Then at that point I'd just leave the game alone.
A&M could cover up to 32, but anything over 23 gets dicey.
