Has 5 catches for 61 yards. I didn't expect us to even use a TE besides short yardage and he gave us a huge lift. He should be mentioned along with RN, LT, LT and TC as Freshmen that help us pull it out last night.

I agree. I was really impressed with his athleticism.

Everyone I've talked to always included his name... Everyone noticed him...

He surprised me, I thought passes to TE was going to non-existant this year with the injuries and freshmen playing. Very happy surprise and will hopefully get even better when Morgan is back.

I knew he was going to catch a lot of balls this year. Only concern with him is his ability to block

I think last night's unsung hero was Austin Golson... The announcers talked about all our highly rated newcomers except for him... People forget that ESPN had him rated as the #3 OT in America last year... Our pass blocking was terrible in the first half and the zone read wasn't working worth a damn... We brought Golson in at RG and he was frickin mauling Vandy's DTs and LBs... He's gonna be a really special player for us.

I was thinking this as well. I was at the game and noticed a big difference when he came into the game. I wasn't sure if it was due to an injury or just trying something else since whatever we were doing wasn't working, but it was a good move.

Yeah. Second half they put Tunsil at LT and Golson at RG.

Like magic, the zone read worked and Bo had time to make a decision in the pocket.

I didn't mean by any stretch of the imagination, that EE was the only one. I just though his play from last night was thread worthy. A lot of guys that don't get talked about played well.

Yeah, I was watching a replay of the game today and noticed a couple plays where Engram missed a block pretty bad. Overall though, a good night to build on.
