Any one else nervous about Auburn?

Probably a stupid question, but an apt first topic. I REALLY hate being favored in a game like this. Past history says that is a recipe for disaster (of course, that is true of most of our recipes). That said: Go Vandy!!

I think Vandy wins either way
If they beat Auburn they beat the Auburn name
If they do not win they have limited downside based on past history
I would like to see the Dores make a move up but either way this is not a killer game. Already beat Mizzou and UT and UK would be worse losses as they are division foes.

True, but I think this one is a pivotal game. REALLY need to win this one in order to make a bowl...

The pivotal game was Northwestern. I watched that whole game and shook my head. Northwestern did not beat them as much as they beat themselves. Now they must catch up just to get were they should already be.
Should be 3-3 with Umass, UK, and Wake for a bowl at 6-6. Even if they do not win vs Auburn they win the 3 above and split UT / OM and they can still get to 6.

I have more confidence about beating Auburn than I do splitting with UT / OM. And I quite agree on Northwestern - a supremely disappointing performance...

I'm concerned about wake. Last game of the season, on the road; two teams that may both need a win to get to a bowl.
