A co-workers daughter passed away on Saturday after collapsing going into the stadium Saturday night (from apparent clot).... Heard OM sent flowers to her funeral even though she was not affiliated with OM in any way...thought that was thoughtful and showed class...kudos

Very tragic. Kudos to Ole Miss. How old was she?

Tragic to hear, but good for our Athletic Dept. This happened this past weekend?

I read in the paper that she was a 32 year old Texas fan from Alabama. She collapsed from a heart attack but it said she had a history of heart problems. Really sad.

She grew up in auburn household and cheered for AU and UT; my understanding was she had no known medical condition or history; clot ruptured in her lungs...

Pete Boone wouldn't have done a thing. Such a sad loss, and way too early. Props to our Athletic Dept.

Pulmonary Embolus. Very dangerous when they occur in individuals outside the hopital setting.

Supposedly a student a couple of years ago attempted to evade an exam claiming his mother had passed and the University sent flowers to his house.
His mother signed for the flowers and upon filing of the receipt his plan was discovered haha

From up in the student section I saw an ambulance come up sometime before game time in the northeast corner of the stadium... figured someone had just drank too much.. that's awful
