SIAP but a Bama buddy just forwarded me this. Some very interesting stuff some teams are doing. Very long but interesting...

A lot of schools are making their stadiums more interactive...check it out.

I didn't read this, but I did read on AL.com that au was selling wifi at their games this year. That's a great idea, but it will be interesting to see if it can handle that many people using it at one time or if you will have a bunch of upset fans who spent $10 to have something not much better than dial up.

I agree...I also think allowing fans to tour the field and recruiting areas on Friday's before the home games is a good idea. I also wish AU would do something similar to the Bama app/giveaways.

Ole Miss is hoping that a much better football team will draw larger crowds to VHS. So this year during home games they'll be showing videos of LSU on the jumbotron.

I will try the Wifi at JH... will allow you to keep up with other games, etc...

Plus ATT stinks at JH.

I've got a friend of mine who wears headphones for his radio, has his phone in one hand texting/checking scores, and a tv in the other hand watching another game. No idea why he throws away over $2K per year on season tickets. At some point, if you want all that, you should just stay home.

I'd be happy with some decent toilets in the south endzone of Tiger Stadium.

"$750 donation for the right to buy $450 season tickets. Previously, the highest-required donation under Auburn;s standard plan was $600"

So, Auburn's most expensive normal season ticket was only $1050? I figuired it would be a decent amount more than that.
