Yeah, I don’t understand how people can not grasp this?! It’s a pretty basic concept to understand lol

I think most grasp the concept but
Woodward seems to be way over the top when it comes to spending especially coming off year when they claimed to have lost $80 million athletics.
LSU athletics loses $80 million from Covid

-$20 million in annual debt service
-$30 million in owed in coaching buyouts (would love to know who's picking up this tab)
-$9+ million for new Kelly plus whatever the number for his assts
-$2 million for a WBB coach

Sorry,I'm used to our penny pinching ways of our AD (except for FB) can't imagine a ledger like this.

There has been significant discussion related to the economic impact to the State of Louisiana when LSU does not field a great football team. It is more than $1billion to Baton Rouge alone in a single football season. Woodward has stacked LSU by standing by Will Wade - Basketball, hiring Kim Mulkey -women's basketball, hiring Jay Johnson - baseball and now Brian Kelly. Add that shite to your "ledger". Total idiotic post.
