Nice. I’ve got a few friends in Tunnel Hill.
Wouldn’t want to live in that area either, but property nearby is usually affordable.

We've drawn the line at Bartow County, once the RE market gets back to a sane place. Still tons of places to buy sizeable chunks of land and not be a million miles from civilization.
