I really think Smith/Pees regime will be successful but it’s going to take time.

I've thought and said for awhile that this needs a full blown teardown to the studs and rebuild.

I'd start with Jarrett. He is the most trabeable asset on the team and could being back a first round plus but it needs to happen ASAP because he isn't getting any younger.

I already think Ridley has played his last snap for the team. It's a gut feeling but my guess is he has quietly demanded a trade already or is going to soon. It seems like he doesn't want to be here.

Ryan's contract is an albatross weighing around this franchise's neck. He isn't going anywhere anytime soon.

Fontenot needs to be open for business this offseason. Other than Pitts, I would make it known around the league that anything on this roster is up for sale.

Who would want any of these players besides Grady?
