Hey. You can feel that way if you want. I just don't see them jumping Iowa, Texas A&M, Arkansas, Pittsburgh, or Wisconsin.
I mean, I get that you might not like UTSA in the top 15, but that doesn't mean MState should jump everybody else.

I do. A&M is the only team on that list you mentioned that beat anyone with a pulse besides Arkansas, that narrowly beat State at home. At worst Arkansas and State should be right next to each other.
