Good initial swipe to try to get something out to media to discredit the accuser but when you think about it, both of the above can easily be true. She could have been passed out while the conduct began and woken up at some point while it was occurring.

In any case, these situations are so frequently "he said/she said" and lacking evidence. Would be surprising if this went anywhere unless somebody's got video.

What the lawyer is saying is that she told the EOO at UGA that she was unconscious during the whole thing and told the police that she was awake for part of it.

All depends on whether there is a motive to fabricate on the girl’s part. If the girl was cheating with Anderson on a boyfriend or spouse, or if she had a history with Anderson, then the case probably won’t go anywhere, assuming it’s just he-said-she-said. If they had never met before that night and she came forward right away, then he is in serious jeopardy.

The quickness with which he and this lawyer came out with a pretty weak attempt to discredit his accuser smells like fear. I hope he didn’t do it, but seems like he might have…
