re: Henry Ruggs: car accident kills others, faces 2-20 years charged w/ DWI

I know he killed a young woman and a dog because his reckless and careless behavior while driving drunk at speeds of 156 mph. He murdered someone. He should be in prison for a very long time. 3-10 years is a disgrace to the victim and the victim's family and all those whose lost loved ones to drunk drivers.
