re: Henry Ruggs: car accident kills others, faces 2-20 years charged w/ DWI

Well, so far for society he's killed a young woman and a dog. There's zero evidence that he'd be more good for society than being in prison. The average drunk driver has driven drunk over 80 times before their first arrest. The problem we have right now is not being harsher on the majority of crimes being committed.
