I couldn't care less if players use marijuana. Any negative side effects they experience are their own fault. It shouldn't be the NCAA's job to regulate this.

I know it being a felony in Alabama is the main issue at stake here, but in a hypothetical world where it's legal, players should be allowed to use it. There's no possible way cannabis can enhance athletic performance.

First offense POM is not a felony in Alabama and a second offense isn’t necessarily one either.

Just FYI it’s not legal anywhere technically because it’s against federal law and state laws cannot circumvent federal laws……it’s just not enforced.
