Thanks. Look at paragraph 4(c). That’s what governs the issue we’re talking about. As Dellenger reported, it only restricts O from a head coaching job, within the SEC, for 18 months.

I feel like I’m taking crazy pills. Yes, I know. That’s why I said this on page 3: quote:
The Termination Agreement also contains a restrictive covenant, which prohibits O from serving as or becoming employed as a head coach [in] the SEC for 18 months.
