It was the worst decision I ever made in my life. And I came this close to marrying a psychotic woman who had spent time in mental health institutions so that covers some ground. 51 year old me winces looking 18 year old me.
Oddly enough, 21 year old me was making decent financial decisions and doing well. For whatever reason I just completely lost it then.

I was 19k, so I didn't do much better.

Most likely it was the proudest. Being your own man, calling your shots.
