The hit? You can't even describe what happened properly. Not necessarily the multiple cheap shots as opposed to the cult like hero status
he achieved with the Auburn fan base AND administration (named honorary captain against UGA)

This cannot be emphasized enough.

In fairness the reason they do stuff like that (other people, fans etc) is to get a rise out of their perceived enemy. When you get upset over that you give them the victory. When you don't let it bother you, you take that power away from them.

I just find it odd that Auburn fans feel morally superior because they say they don't feel morally superior.

Not all Auburn fans supported the Nick Fairley thug actions vs Aaron Murray, but their silence was deafening. But if we did the same to Bo Nix in Sat, they’d be screaming bloody murder. I think he’ll get abused but within the rules and, unlike Fairley’s actions, won’t be flagrant and dirty.

Fairley’s actions and Auburn support of it have given UGA teams and fans a certain hatred for Auburn. It has fueled a motivation to not only beat Auburn, but pound them into the ground. I hope we embarrass them again on Saturday, and I always pull for whoever they play whether they’re SEC teams or not. And I’m not alone as a UGA fan or a fan of any other program. Everyone hates Auburn because they’re a dirty program.
