Is a man who gets a little touchy feely with a girl who's grinding on him "a bad look"?
Do you think that if a married man is cheating on his wife, that's okay? Do you feel the same way about a married woman cheating on her husband?
Why is it that somehow when I'm drunk, I'm still capable of being faithful to my wife? Am I some kind of saint?

If you decide to take a job where you are expected to be a public figure, then you should expect your public persona to play in a role in how your job goes. It takes a pretty high level of obtuseness to think that you can take a job that pays millions, requires you to be the public face of an organization, and THEN think that what you do while out in public would have zero consequences.

No one wants to see grandpa being skanky.

I guess it just really depends on what his wife thinks of it all.
I know how my wife would react, and I wouldn't blame her. I try not to humiliate her in public though.

He's fricked. And if Shelley has any sense she'll bounce, too (he has had affairs before and made promises to her).

As has been explained to you several times already - but I'll do it again ... no, not if you're not producing. If you're not producing, conduct matters. Hence - Robert Kraft can get popped the week before the Super Bowl at an Asian Spa and get through it - but Urban Meyer will not survive this.
What you're missing is this ... Urban Meyer knows this. What you are watching is a man that really, really wants to be fired. He just can't find it within himself to quit. He'll tell you it's because he has too much pride to stop now. I'll tell you it's because he lacks the necessary balls to walk away.

Simple. If Jacksonville were 4-0, those photos would have been removed from every trace of the internet.

He didn’t fly back with the team.
On Dan Patrick today they were working on his firing

look at it from a different angle...
why didn't he fly back to Jacksonville with his team and start preparing for the next week's game?
IMO he's in a situation that is already spinning way out of control and is looking to get fired...

Why should I, or anyone else aside from the Meyers, give one frick about Urban's personal life, and his marriage?
He's a football coach. period. If he cheats on his wife, and gets a divorce, I really don't care. I don't know him or his wife. It's really nobody's business

It's totally okay if he wanted to stay and visit his kid and grandkids.
It's the whole afterparty with the young lady he'd clearly met before that he lied his arse off about that's the issue.
He needs to just come out and say "This is a personal matter. I made mistakes and I own them but ultimately this is a private matter. The team and I have talked. My wife and I have talked. Let's move on."
Meanwhile, he has to hope Miss Cayman stays underground and doesn't look to milk her 15 minutes of fame.

That is simply not how the world works. Oh - it's how it kinda' works if you produce. But Urban isn't producing on the NFL level.
At the college level, it's nobody business if you win a championship at every school you go to, yet constantly flame out every five or so years and need out of your contract for personal reasons. You know - like Urban Meyer did a couple times. He could do that in college, because he produced in college.
Welcome to the NFL, Urban.

What are you missing?? He’s known her months. Do you think it is a coincidence he has known her for several months? He shoved his hand in her twat and she didn’t twitch-I mean really?? She knew what that that hand felt like like.

That's not the question you asked... and as for why it matters, I answered that in my second post.

He’s not a player and he has a wife and family

He’s the face of a 100 million dollar organization. As such some basic rules of decorum are expected. It reflected poorly on the NFL, the Jacksonville Jags. It’s a distraction to the organization, and a PR issue that must be addressed. I’m shocked he hasn’t already been forced out and do not expect him to be retained.
