The worst play, one that made me throw my remote, was Hellams missed tackle on third and ten on their own goal line. That play was such a big momentum shift. We could have put the game out of reach had he just broken down and made the tackle.

That wasn't even really a missed tackle. I don't know what the frick he saw on that play, but he broke on the route like he thought he had a chance at an INT and then realized halfway there that he didn't and tried to recover.

I'm all for Branch/moore taking Hellams spot at safety and letting a young guy like kool-aid play the star or money position. I mean if we're going to deal with those type of busts from a player, may as well be a younger player that's going to learn from the mistakes rather than a veteran that shouldn't be doing it. Same goes for Daniel Wright.

I definitely want to see Moody get more playing time too. He played that last play from scrimmage to perfection on keeping Jones contained and finishing the tackle

That wasn’t a missed tackle. That was a guy on scholarship making a choice to avoid contact.
