Good question. The instance of heart problems with covid infection is roughly 16x higher than with the vaccine.

I would lean more toward undiagnosed congenital defect here. Not as infrequent as you'd think.

I have a friend who lost 2 sisters to heart attacks at 16, some kind of genetic defect.
