Fair enough question. You may have missed the memo, but a good portion of the A&M fanbase considered Mond to be more of a limitation than an asset. He had a very high floor but a fairly low ceiling. His best attribute is he made very few mistakes. But outside of a couple anomaly games where he was uncharacteristically “on”, he was more of a game manager. It’s the running back stable that has elevated the team.
The offensive line, while may not contain a lot of household names, should have a slow start, but finish the year every bit as good or better than last years.
