How does a top 10 pick go to 5 teams in 4 years? What's the issue here and is it fixable?

Well... for one, top 10 picks can be busts... with that said, not sure it's fair to label him as such just yet. The Cards picked him at #10 but before he had a chance to really make a splash, they ended up changing coaches and had a #1 overall pick... as expected, they picked their guy and it appears it was a good pick. Shipped him to the Phins, who then basically ended up doing the same thing (drafting Tua highly). His 3rd team was the Buccs on the practice squad with Tom Brady doing Brady things, and then he had a short stint at the 49ers but they were just trying to fill in and the established backup there (Beathard) was honestly not awful... he was really just insurance in case Beathard went down, given all the other challenges they were facing. Now that they drafted Trey Lance, he clearly wasn't going to be the guy.
I think if he was that exceptionally good, at least one of the 3 teams that drafted a QB would have had a harder time doing so... so best guess, leaves something to be desired still... but who knows...

Knew he was going to wash out when he installed that hot tub in his dorm room after half of his freshman season. Can't trust a QB who gives himself the spoils of war first.

Rumors have always been that he has talent but doesn't care about football because his family is loaded.

Well that’s exactly what’s happening in 2021.

So I adopted the Cardinals as my pro team years ago when I was living in Arizona and I had sworn I'd never follow the NFL again after the Falcs lost to the Broncos...
That was a shitty Arizona team he played on his rookie year. Remember, Carson Palmer and QB whisperer Bruce Arians had retired (Arians for only a a year tho) after the 2018 season so there was a new coach and in addition to Palmer retiring the entire QB room was cleaned out. The GM was suspended for 5 weeks during the off season because of a DUI (AZ's draft class reflected that), David Johnson was coming off of a season ending injury in 2017 during week 1, and the plan was for Rosen to sit behind Sam Bradford that season but Bradford ended up being so bad he got benched in Week 3.
The Cards's HC from that season hasn't been a head coach at any level since and is now the DC at Mizzou. The OC hasn't had a job in football since that season.
The rest is history with Kliff Kingsbury being brought in and he making sure Kyler Murray was his QB. Rosen was sent packing. Seems like a similar situation happened to Rosen in Miami.
In summary, I don't think he's ever gotten a fair shot. Being thrust into starting after the big veteran FA QB shits the bed then being delt off twice because of a new HC isn't exactly a hell of a way to start a career.
