I wonder why OM didn't have more success with Steve Sloan. Young, energetic coach, and OM wasn't far out from the Vaught days. Did the GOB include meddling boosters? Were there quality AA players that shied away from OM and went out-of-state because of OM's history? It was still the 70s, not like now.
