You mean the last 30 years not 15-20. And the hotbed of recruiting is not owned by the majority of the SEC.
But, the majority of the Big 12 is in Texas, a hot bed of recruiting. The majority of the Pac is in California, a hotbed of recruiting. The majority of the ACC is in Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina, the hotbed of recruiting. And, everyone recruits the hotbeds of recruiting.
