If Texas legislature stops this because of an Aggie leak, Sankey won’t be pleased.

We don't give a frick if Sankey is pleased. When we joined, the SEC told our president that no additional team from Texas would be added. The pussy move is to crawfish on what you said you'd do.

It is going to be interesting because if the Ags can blow this up and make it not happen, there will be some fallout from that as well. It will be a new member of the conference who possibly prevented the conference from growing stronger and thus may help another conference to surpass the SEC as top dog. There will be large reverberations no matter what happens from here.

The Houston Chronicle doing what the media does, a bunch of snitches. I it will never come to the light of day, but I would love to know that guy's source.

We all owe it to one another to do what we say we'll do. It's a cowardly pussy who says he'll do something and then crawfishes when doing it become hard or inconvenient.

Yup. I’ve got some oceanfront property in Arizona if Sankey thought he was going to get through this without having to deal with Texas (and even Oklahoma) politics. The only reason it wasn’t a shite show last time is because Oklahoma and Texas agreed to keep giving cpr to the little ten to make all the interested parties content.

Times change man. I wish you fricks would realize that this is for the better of the SEC in the long run. If Texas dips to the Big 10 they pass us up. But instead you pussies wanna cry about losing a few fricking recruits

Eh times change, its been a decade. There is new leadership and new challenges for the sport.

We all know OU had an invite last time, and it was probably left standing. When they made the decision an opportunity presented itself to the SEC that maybe didn't seem possible ten years ago.

A&M has had plenty of time to establish itself in the SEC and we already used the SEC brand to get a coach the Big 12 version of us couldn't have gotten. At the end of the day you have to appreciate the fact that we aren't being left behind like some teams in the state that have been more successful than A&M the last 20 years on paper.

This is the final ride, anyone in the SEC when it starts gets a ticket to the final version of the sport. Aggies who can't appreciate that today have gotten spoiled, which shows how good the SEC has been to us.

But I won't apologize for what the AD said. His job is to defend our program, and everyone is having a field day because its obviously bad for our recruiting and no Aggie can deny that. Even if it doesn't work out I want him to do everything he can to improve or defend our program. You don't seem Bama apologizing when the rules change after things don't work out for them. This isn't a friendly game, its a billion dollar business.

As anyone with half a brain would tell you, your AD owed to your school to get something like that in writing. Seriously, a 9 yr old verbal agreement in which both individuals are no longer employed by the parties involved?

BTW, the entire premise of considering Texas as a member is a betrayal to A&M by the SEC and any school that supports it.

Nobody else in the SEC gives a frick what A&M considers a betrayal to A&M when the move brings in 10-20 million dollars more per school.
