He’s concerned about culture, feelings etc and doing things like he did at Boise. Yea ok but he better assimilate to his surroundings and get folks on staff that can relate. Guy from Wisconsin, Bert, found that out the hard way.

Yall always use this guy never the guys who went from Michigan st to the SEC or UTAH to the SEC, I cant remember their names.

If it's hard work he specializes in the results should be seen this season. The barners have decent talent. He needs to make hay to get the recruiting going over there.

Gus was just about a top 10 recruiter in talent every year. That always put him in ahead of SC, Kentucky, Arkansas, Mississippi of the SEC world. And then every few years they would have enough talent to beat a few teams above them.

I don't think the barners will accept a football program that isn't at least a top 10 team in talent.
