Enjoy this. Without Rowdey and Tanner we will be rebuilding. No way we return to Omaha or have a shot at a repeat

This is a problem for another day, celebrate tonight and through the weekend! Worry about 2022 on Tuesday. Remember, the Mississippi State Bulldogs are National Champions!

Dude, I am going to buy a second home in Omaha. Four straight next year. Rinse and repeat.

Tbh I didn't really expect much with losing Mangum, and then JT Ginn and Jordan Westburg following the shortened year.

In a lot of ways this year reminds me of the 1998 Tennessee Vols where we still had some talented players but everyone expected the previous team (2019) 1997 to win the the title more so than this one.

Vanderbilt thought the same in 2019 after winning the CWS. Then Covid, so they were right. Then this year, was their worst CWS team and they made it to game 3 of the Championship game. It would have been horrible if State had imploded, thank God they played one of their best games to win it. And Vandy played one of their worst to show what a average team they had. You never know how a good programs team is going to do the next year.

Well, you literally can’t be as good as you were the next year unless you win it all again. Championship hangovers are real.

Lemonis is a good coach and, obviously, was the right guy for the job. I think state will be fine for years to come
