There is an asterisk on the 2019 season and on the 2020 season. Asterisks explained below.
LSU 2019*
* - denotes greatest season in college football history.
Alabama 2020*
* - partial season played during global pandemic where a majority of the best players outside of Alabama opted out or were unable to play.
